Returns and Guarantees

Shipping Terms

Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by Sierra Hotel Aeronautics will be shown at checkout. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time before fulfillment and shipment. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us that you wish to return the item.
• The item must be returned unused, except for reasonable inspection, and in the same condition in which it was received.
• Original packaging should be included whenever reasonably possible.
• The item must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Once returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund to the original method of payment.

Where required by applicable consumer law, including the statutory right of withdrawal available to qualifying European Union customers, refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional delivery costs resulting from a customer's choice of an upgraded or expedited shipping service are not refundable unless required by law.

Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the merchandise beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and function.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise so that we can provide return instructions.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Customers who are entitled to the European Union statutory right of withdrawal may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

After notifying us of the decision to withdraw, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the merchandise unless the merchandise is defective or incorrect, we have agreed to pay the return costs, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds associated with a valid statutory withdrawal will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned merchandise has been received or until the customer provides evidence that it has been sent back, where permitted by law.

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

Guarantees and Defective Products

Sierra Hotel Aeronautics guarantees its products against manufacturing defects, subject to normal product use and applicable consumer law.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund as required by applicable law.

Where applicable law provides additional legal guarantee rights, those rights remain unaffected by this policy.

The Sierra Hotel Aeronautics guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or damage resulting from negligence.

Flight Jackets, Aviator Sunglasses and Aviator Watches

For voluntary returns of Flight Jackets, Aviator Sunglasses, and Aviator Watches that are not related to a manufacturing defect, damage, incorrect shipment, or another issue for which Sierra Hotel Aeronautics is responsible, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

A $25 restocking fee may apply to voluntary returns only where permitted by applicable law.

No restocking fee will be applied where doing so would conflict with a customer's statutory consumer rights.
