Guarantees

Sierra Hotel Aeronautics guarantees all items against manufacture defects. 

Any defective items will promptly be replaced once the faulty item is returned. Once a defect is confirmed, a new item is shipped.

Flight Jackets, Aviator Singlasses, and Aviator Watches returned or order cancelled not due to any defect or manufacture error will not have shipping costs refunded, and may include a $25 restocking fee.

Sierra Hotel Aeronautics guarantee does not include normal wear and tear nor damage due to negligence.
