All prices listed do not include international duties and local taxes, shipping and handling fees.

Order Cancellation & Returns

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to fulfillment and shipment. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The product and packaging must be returned in perfect condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Guarantees

Sierra Hotel Aeronautics guarantees all items against manufacturing defects. 

Any defective items will promptly be replaced once the faulty item is returned. Once a defect is confirmed, a new item is shipped.

Flight Jackets, Aviator Sunglasses, and Aviator Watches returned or order cancelled not due to any defect or manufacture error will not have shipping costs refunded, and may include a $25 restocking fee.

Sierra Hotel Aeronautics guarantee does not include normal wear and tear nor damage due to negligence.
